STORE COLLECTION

Due to their size or fragility, some of our products are not able to be delivered using a courier.  Shape, weight or packaging can make it very difficult for us to provide a safe shipping option for some items and so these products are available for click and collect (or local delivery) only.

Our Click & Collect service is becoming more and more popular with our clients locally as your can simply order online and we will prepare your order to be ready for you to collect at your convenience, from our Millets Farm shop.

Please note: Our Click & Collect service is by appointment only; we will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order to make an appointment for your collection. Please don’t come to our store to pick up your order(s) until you have been contacted with your parcel collection appointment time.

Please remember we also offer a free local delivery service to customers in the following postcode areas:

OX1, OX12, OX13, OX14, OX18, OX2, OX24, OX28, OX29, OX3, OX4 & SN7

Delivery Terms. This free local delivery is at a time when we can route items together to make it economically viable. You will be given a day and a time for your delivery, If for any reason you cannot be available you can Instruct a safe place to leave the items and a photograph will be taken but this will be at your own risk.
