Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by calling or emailing us and we will respond. In order to cancel your order, you will need to return your item within 28 days, payment will be refunded once the item has been returned in its original packaging and unused. Can I add something to my order?

If you want to add something to your order first contact us as soon a possible if we have not dispatched your item it may be possible. If we can't add an item to your order you would have to place a new order for these items.

Where can I collect my order from?

Yes of course you can, we only ask that you make an appointment so we can make sure your order is there for collection.

Are you open over bank holidays?

Yes, it is very unlikely that we are ever shut! Our usual opening days at our millets farm shop is 7 days a week. You can double-check on our social media pages like Facebook etc.

How do I make a complaint?

We're really sorry that you are unhappy. We always try to provide our customers with great service, so if we've made a mistake we want to put it right for you as soon as possible. Please contact us via email at If we need to investigate further, we'll confirm receipt of your email within 2 working days and in most cases, resolve the problem within 7-10 days.

Why can't I make payments online?

Do you price match?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a price match service - we believe our prices are in line with the current market and we hope you agree!

How do I use my promo/ discount code?

Can I purchase a Soame Interiors Gift Card?

Yes you can, however these are currently only available to buy and use as in store purchases.
